Please complete the form below for each friend or colleague that you would like to tell about Assist Plus. If one of the people or firms you referred signs a work order with us*, you will receive a 10% to 15% discount on your next service contract renewal. To add more to our referral value, we will also offer a 10% discount on the new referred client service agreement.

For our online visitors and potential customer, you can also participate and gain from any referral that you place with us with a 10% agreement value paid to you if we successfully sign with whomever your referred.
